Youth Sports & Athletics in Lake Orion, MI

WHY JOIN A DRAGON FOUNDATION LEAGUE?

At The Dragon Foundation, our Athletics program stands as a cornerstone of skill development and camaraderie for our youth. We believe in the power of sports to bring kids together, creating bonds that last a lifetime.

Our programs are designed not just to teach the rules and skills of various sports, but also to foster a sense of unity, teamwork, and enjoyment.

Fostering Early Connections

Our sports programs provide a unique opportunity for young athletes to connect and play together from an early age. Many of these children will continue their journey side by side into high school, where sports become more competitive and intense. Starting in our youth leagues, they build friendships, learn about teamwork, and develop a deep sense of camaraderie that transcends the playing field.

Laying the Groundwork for Future Success

We introduce children to a range of sports, guiding them in understanding the rules and honing their skills. This early exposure is crucial for maximizing their performance in high school and beyond. For those aspiring to collegiate sports, our programs offer a significant advantage, equipping them with the foundation they need to excel both on and off the field.

Youth Football

Our Progressive Tackle league introduces younger players to the fundamentals of football, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and safety. The JV league builds on these foundations, offering more advanced training and competitive play, preparing athletes for high school football.
